The Sultanate of Oman, referred to as Oman (عُمان), is a country located in Southwest Asia and the southeast coast of the Arabian Peninsula. It borders the United Arab Emirates to the north, Saudi Arabia to the west, and Yemen to the southwest. Oman’s coast borders the Arabian Sea to the south and east, and the Gulf of Oman to the northeast.
