Solomon Islands is an island country in the South Pacific, located to the northeast of Australia and to the east of Papua New Guinea. It is a constitutional monarchy Federal Kingdom. Guadalcanal Island, where the capital Honiara is located, was once the turning point of World War II in the Pacific.

'God Bless Our Solomon Islands'- God Save Our Solomon Islands

'God Bless Our Solomon Islands' is the national anthem of the Solomon Islands. It has eight lines and was adopted in 1978. It was composed by Panapasa Balekana and lyrics by Panapasa Balekana and his wife Matila Balekana.
Flag Meaning
The ratio is 1:2. The flag is composed of light blue triangles on the upper left and green triangles on the lower right, with yellow lines in between. The light blue part has five white five-pointed stars, the upper and lower Two in the bottom row and one in the middle. Blue symbolizes the ocean, green symbolizes the country, and the five stars represent the Southern Cross. Some people think it is the main island in the Solomon Islands.
Emblem Meaning
The national emblem of the Solomon Islands is a shield emblem. The upper blue ground, two frigate birds represent the eastern region, and the eagle in the middle represents the Maraita area. The lower yellow ground has a green X-shaped pattern, crossed spears, shields, and bows. Representing the central and other regions, the sea turtle represents the western region. The top of the coat of arms is painted with a helmet, sun, and a boat. The sides are guarded by a crocodile and shark, and the base is an abstract frigate bird. The ribbon has a national motto written on it. Leadership is service'.
