National Anthem-'National Anthem'-Суруди миллӣ
'National Anthem' is the national anthem of Tajikistan, 1991 Adopted. Lyrics by Gurnaza Keldi and music by Suleiman Yadakoff. The tune was originally the national anthem of Tajikistan during the Soviet period. It was re-written after its formal independence in 1994. The tune is still in use today.

Emblem Meaning
The National Emblem of Tajikistan was opened in 1993. It is round and the middle is the beginning of the sun. The elephant rising in the Pamirs, with five stacks of crowns and seven five-pointed stars on the top, and books on the bottom. Wheat ears and cotton bound by red, white and green ribbons on the outside.
