Introduction
The Republic of Haiti, commonly known as Haiti, is an island country located in the Caribbean Sea. The entire territory is located on Iraq, the second largest island in the Caribbean Sea. The island of Spaniola (also known as Haiti) is in the western half and borders the Dominican Republic to the east.
About the National Anthem
Song of Dessalines-'Song of Dessalines' -La Dessalinienne

The Song of Dessalinienne is the national anthem of Haiti. The title of the song is to commemorate the leader of the Haitian Revolution, Jean-Jacques Dessalin. It was written by Justin Lhérisson and composed by Nicolas Geffrard. It was adopted in 1904 as National Anthem.
Flag Meaning
The ratio is 3:5. Two horizontal flags of blue and red, with the national emblem in the middle. The blue symbolizes independence and freedom, and the red symbolizes the indomitable spirit of the people. The center of the national emblem is a plant. A palm tree symbolizing national independence, with a cap of freedom hung on the top of the tree, three national flags and three bayonet-equipped rifles on each side.
Emblem Meaning
The national emblem of Haiti was inaugurated in 1807. The current style was used in 1986. Article 3 of the Haitian Constitution provides for the national flag and national emblem. [1]
